What it treats

A powerful radiofrequency solution for skin laxity

XERF® is designed to address the deeper structural changes that contribute to visible aging, including skin laxity, loss of definition, and declining collagen support. By delivering advanced radiofrequency energy into the skin and underlying tissues, XERF® stimulates collagen remodeling and tissue contraction to lift, tighten, and redefine contours while maintaining a natural appearance.

  • Loss of collagen & structure
  • Loose or sagging skin
  • Loss of firmness or elasticity
  • Fine lines and early crepiness
  • Dullness and overall radiance
  • For face & body

How it works

Advanced Radiofrequency Remodeling

XERF® delivers radiofrequency energy into the skin and underlying support structures, creating controlled heating that stimulates collagen remodeling and tissue tightening. This dual effect helps improve skin laxity, redefine contours, and support long-term collagen renewal.

Treatment depth and energy delivery can be customized based on the treatment area, degree of laxity, and your aesthetic goals, allowing Dr. Rose to tailor each session for natural-looking lifting and rejuvenation.

Tailored to you

Because treatment parameters can be customized to your anatomy and goals, Dr. Rose is able to create a highly personalized rejuvenation plan while maintaining natural-looking results.

What to expect

Your session & recovery

A cooling ultrasound gel is applied before treatment, and XERF®'s integrated cryogen cooling system continuously protects the skin's surface throughout the procedure, making topical numbing unnecessary for most patients. Treatment typically takes 30–60 minutes depending on the areas treated, and patients often describe the sensation as intermittent warmth. Mild redness or swelling may occur immediately afterward but generally resolves within hours. Most patients see continued improvement over the following weeks and months as collagen remodeling and tissue tightening progress.

Downtime

Minimal social downtime

Most patients experience little to no downtime following XERF®. Mild redness or swelling can occur but is typically short-lived and often not noticeable to others. Because the skin's surface remains intact, most patients return immediately to work, social activities, and their normal routine, making XERF® an excellent option for patients seeking meaningful rejuvenation without disrupting their lifestyle.

Is Xerf® painful?

Despite delivering powerful collagen-stimulating energy, XERF® is surprisingly comfortable for most patients. Advanced cooling technology continuously protects the skin throughout treatment, and most patients describe the sensation as brief pulses of warmth rather than pain.

How many sessions will I need?

While many patients see excellent results after just one treatment, most benefit from a series of two treatments for additional lifting and contouring. Dr. Rose will recommend a personalized treatment plan based on your anatomy, degree of laxity, and desired outcome.

What is the downtime like?

Most patients experience little to no downtime following XERF®. Mild redness or swelling can occur but is typically short-lived and often not noticeable to others. Because the skin's surface remains intact, most patients return immediately to work, social activities, and their normal routine, making XERF® an excellent option for patients seeking meaningful rejuvenation without disrupting their lifestyle.

Can Xerf® be used on areas other than the face?

Yes. In addition to the face and neck, XERF® can be used on select areas of the body affected by skin laxity or crepey skin. Common treatment areas include the neck, upper arms, abdomen, knees, and other areas where collagen loss contributes to loose or aging skin. During your consultation, Dr. Rose will determine which areas are most likely to benefit based on your concerns and treatment goals.

When will I see results?

Some patients notice an early tightening effect within days of treatment, but the most significant improvements develop gradually over the following weeks and months as collagen remodeling and tissue tightening continue.

Am I a good candidate for Xerf®?

XERF® is particularly well-suited for patients noticing early to moderate skin laxity, loss of jawline definition, or age-related softening of facial contours as well as those noticing severe skin laxity who are not surgical candidates. It is an excellent option for those seeking meaningful tightening and contouring while maintaining a natural appearance and avoiding surgery.

How should I prepare for my treatment?

XERF® requires very little preparation. Arrive with clean, product-free skin and avoid excessive sun exposure or active sunburn prior to treatment. Staying well hydrated can help support an optimal treatment experience.

How much does Xerf® cost?

Pricing depends on the treatment area, session count, and protocol prescribed for your goals. We share transparent pricing during your consultation along with package options for multi-session series. Financing options are available through our care partners.
